Shipping, Refund and Return Policy

Policy Or Help Centre:

This policy refers to trendyhandmade.in as ‘us’ or ‘we’. We try our level best to make your shopping experience with us seamless and hassle-free. Hence, every product is quality checked and shipped with utmost security and precision within stipulated time. Please do read our policies for the better understanding of the orders placed and terms of business.

Payment Policy:

We only have prepaid orders facility. COD is not available at the moment

Shipping Policy:

Normally the time to deliver the order varies between minimum of 5-7 days and maximum of 10-12 days. If the time exceeds more than that, we initiate refund after communicating with the customer.

Refund Policy:

As every product we at trendyhandmade.in offer, is handmade with utmost care and precision, quality of each and every product is taken very seriously here. Each piece is handcrafted taking into consideration customer satisfaction. However, we do not offer refund in any case at the moment.

Exchange Policy:

Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. For any issue regarding the product exchange, we request customers to reach out to us via email or WhatsApp for timely resolution. Once we reach to an agreement, the customer is responsible to ship the product back and bear the shipping. The same product is offered in exchange. We will start the process of exchange only after we and the customer agrees to it. Please note that any exchange without an agreement will be termed “forced” and will not be refunded.

Exchange is offered in following circumstances:

Scenario 1: You received the wrong product: Though we process every order thoroughly and check every piece before sending your precious parcel out, no one can avoid human errors. If you receive wrong product, a pickup will be arranged from our end and the cost of it will also be borne by us. All you need to do is communicate this with us with an opening video with us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and leave the rest on us. Please note that without an opening parcel video, we cant proceed further. 


Scenario 2: Product is damaged in transit: Though after taking utmost care, at times it is possible for the damage to occur during transit. Such incidents are beyond our control. Any Item that may get damaged during transit will be exchanged but an opening video is compulsory. In such a case, we don’t offer pick-up service. You need to send the product back to us within 48 hours of receiving it after having a chat with us and we will ship another product within 3 working days after receiving the damaged product. Shipping charges for both the times are to be borne by the customer.

Exchange is not offered for any colour variations as each product is handmade and a slight variation in the design and colour of the product is unavoidable.

Payment, Shipping, Exchange and, Refund Policy For Customised Products (at the moment, orders are taken on Instagram DM or over WhatsApp)

We also make customised products after having deliberate discussions with the customer and taking their final approval before moving ahead. And like all our products, these are also prepaid but for such customisation half payment is to be made by the customer at the time of placing the order and the other half at the time of shipping.

Preparation of customised orders only stars after receiving final confirmation and half payment from the customer. They are shipped after 7-10 working days of final confirmation.

As mentioned earlier, we do not offer refund in any case

The products are made specially for those customers hence these are not eligible for exchange with any other products at the moment. Exchange norms are as mentioned above, just for sending back another customised product, it may take up to 7 working days.
