Description - A hanging windcharm made using macreme threads. Product features steel ring filled with macreme threads making an owl design. The bottom has a wooden stick and below which macreme threads hangs. The product gives the look of an owl sitting on a branch. At the edge of the wooden stick hangs two small bells jingling!
